The 63rd match of the TATA IPL 2025 was held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Tuesday. Rajasthan Royals (RR) won the game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 6 wickets with 17 balls to spare.
At the beginning of the match, RR won the toss and chose to bowl. In the first innings, CSK opener Ayush Mhatre gave a good start by scoring 43 runs off 20 balls. Later, Dewald Brevis strengthened the innings with an outstanding batting performance, where he scored 42 runs off 25 balls. RR bowlers also bowled economical spells, where Yudhvir Singh and Akash Madhwal took 3 wickets each. At last, CSK ended up giving the target of 187 for RR to chase.
Meanwhile, in the second innings, RR batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi contributed to the innings with 57 runs off 33 balls. Captain Sanju Samson also performed well and scored 41 runs off 31 balls. RR chased the given target within the completion of the 18th over and secured a victory.
