#1. India

The Indian Cricket Team is governed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI), which is the governing body of cricket in the country. Over many decades, the Indian team has seen many talented cricketers like MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli, and more. The team won their first T20 Cricket World Cup in 2010, under the captaincy of Paul Collingwood. As of now, the England team is a well-balanced attacking unity with little to no flaws. It is the oldest joint cricket team in the world, playing the first-ever match in 1877, the first ODI in the 1970-71 season against England, and the first T20I in the 2004-05 season against New Zealand, winning both matches.

The South African Cricket Team, also famously known as ‘The Proteans” is governed by Cricket South Africa. South African Cricket has produced many great players like Jacques Kallis, AB DeVilliers, and Jonty Rhodes, to name a few. Over the years, the Lankans created many records and once held the record for the highest totals in all three formats of the game. #9. Bangladesh

Bangladesh is a full member of the International Cricket Council with Test and One-day international status. The team had humble beginnings with subpar performance in the One-day and Test series. The team also co-hosted the 2011 Cricket World Cup with Sri Lanka and India but failed to qualify for the knock-out stage.

#10. Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a fairly new team and was given an affiliate membership in 2001, six years after the Afghanistan Cricket Federation was formed. The national team rose to popularity in the World Cup leagues. They played the 2009 World Cup Qualifiers and participated in the 2010 ICC T20 World Cup, their first major tournament. They also won the Intercontinental Cup in the same year after beating Scotland.
