The 41st match of the TATA IPL 2025 was held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Mumbai Indians (MI) won the game by 7 wickets against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). With this win, MI climbed to third position on the points table with 10 points from the 9 matches they have played this season.

MI won the toss and elected to bowl first. Initially, MI bowlers restricted the SRH batsmen from scoring runs and took the top-order wickets within the first 10 overs, shifting the momentum in MI’s favor.

SRH batters struggled to settle and to find a partnership, they lost 5 wickets within the first 9 overs for just 53 runs. Later, Heinrich Klaasen scored 71 runs and helped the team reach a respectable total of 143 for 8 wickets.

Meanwhile, in the second innings, MI dominated the SRH bowlers and chased down the target of 143 within the 15th over, securing a 7-wicket victory with 26 balls to spare.
