India prevailed in the first of these two games, 4-1, and then won the second one in a shootout.
Twelve medals have been won by the Indian men’s hockey team at the Olympics so far: eight gold, one silver, and three bronze. In contrast, Spain has won four medals total three silver and one bronze.
