Another dominant show by the team Gujarat Titans in Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad against Rajasthan Royals in the 23rd match of the IPL 2025, where GT won by a huge 58-run margin and claimed their spot at the top of the IPL 2025 points table.
Wednesday in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to field first. Gujarat Titans came in first batting and set the score of 217 for 6 wickets in 20 overs. Sai Sudarshan played an impressive knock of 82 runs in 53 balls with 8 fours and 3 sixes. Both Sharuk Khan and ex-Rajasthan Royals player Jos Buttler scored crucial 36 runs each.
Maheesh Theekshana and Tushar Deshpande both picked two wickets, but both of them leaked more than 50 runs in their respective 4-over spells. On the other hand, Jofra Archer bowled an impressive spell and got 1 wicket with an economy of 7.5.

In the chase, Rajasthan Royals got off to a poor start by losing 2 wickets in just 3 overs, where the Royals struggled to build momentum against a disciplined GT bowling attack.
But captain Sanju Samson somehow managed to score 41 runs in 28 balls, keeping them going. Shimron Hetmyer scored 52 off 32 at the end but failed to get any partnership from the other end.
Prasid Krishna made an extraordinary bowling attack and got 3 wickets with an economy of 6.0. Both Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore got the crucial 2 wickets each in their spell with a decent economy rate.
Therefore, Gujarat Titans made an all-out Rajasthan Royals in 19.2 overs and bagged their 4th consecutive victory by a huge 58-run margin without any loss this season.
