The 65th match of the TATA IPL 2025 was held at the BRSABV Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on Friday. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) won the game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by 42 runs.
At the beginning of the game, RCB won the toss and chose to bowl. In the first innings, SRH batters dominated the RCB bowlers and scored massive runs in the powerplay. SRH batsman Ishan Kishan scored an unbeaten 94 runs off 48 balls and strengthened the innings. Ultimately, SRH set a target of 231 runs for RCB to chase.
In the second innings, RCB openers slowly scored runs at a good run rate. Later, the RCB suffered from regular wicket falls and failed to chase the given target.
Therefore, SRH secured a massive victory of 42 runs against the table toppers, RCB.
