Lanning, on the other hand, was unable to overcome her team’s early losses. She finally went out for 23 off 23 balls after falling to Shreyanka Patil in the 11th over. Sobhana Asha scored twice to eliminate Marizanne Kapp (8) and Jess Jonassen (3) as the RCB applied further pressure. In the meanwhile, Radha Yadav left following a run out and Patil struck once more to eliminate Minnu Mani (5). In the 19th over she scalps the wicket of Annuradah Reddy and Tanya Bhatiya.
Perry Stunned DC by her Sublime Batting
Perry stood alone at the crease with Mandhana and then with Richa Gosh till the end of the match and saw the triumph from the non striker’s end. Smriti Mandhana was able to maintain a consistent rate of run-scoring while Sophie Devine was able to take on the spinners and reach the boundaries on a regular basis during the chase.

Perry took over when Devine was fired and established a strong working relationship with Mandhana. However, Richa Ghosh played the entire game when Mandhana returned to the pavilion, and the wicketkeeper batter was able to hit the game-winning runs.
Shreyanka the Beast with the Ball
After the phenomenal performance with the ball ,she exclaimed that she felt like a beast when it came to bowling. She claimed the purple cap with 13 wickets in eight matches with an average of 12.07 and her best bowling figure is 4/12.
I just love this energy. I used to be in the crowd and yell “RCB, RCB” ever since I was a child. It’s unique for me now because people are singing my name. We have experience this year, and there has been incredible communication,” she remarked.
