Modern Warfare 3 Season 1

Activision has stated that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 will begin on Wednesday, December 6, so fans should mark their calendars accordingly. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been a divisive edition in the long-running first-person shooter series. While many fans have enjoyed MW3 multiplayer, the game’s other modes have been either contentious or downright dismissed.

Fans and critics alike have slammed the Call of Duty: MW3 campaign, with many dubbing it the worst Call of Duty campaign in history. The response to Modern Warfare 3’s Zombies mode has been less positive. Some have praised Modern Warfare 3’s unique open world Zombies concept, while others have grumbled that it does not satisfy the same itch as conventional round-based Zombies.

While Modern Warfare 3 reviews have been mixed, Activision intends to sustain the game for the foreseeable future with regular new upgrades that should vastly improve the experience. The first substantial post-launch update for Modern Warfare 3 will be available on Wednesday, December 6, with the release of Season 1. Season 1 of Modern Warfare 3 will contain new maps for conventional multiplayer, the premiere of Urzikstan in the Warzone battle royale, and other features.

When Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 comes on December 6, players will be able to try out three new multiplayer maps. Meat and Greece will be brand new 6v6 maps, with Meat being touted as a hard map. Greece is a medium-sized map set in a beach town, whereas Meat is set in a butcher shop. Meanwhile, Training Facility will be accessible with the release of Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 as the game’s first Gunfight map.

Gunfight is a very popular 2v2 game option that debuted in the 2019 Modern Warfare revival. Gunfight was absent from the 2022 Modern Warfare 2 game upon launch, but it was later included. Similarly, Gunfight has been absent from Modern Warfare 3 since its release, but that will change with the December 6 Season 1 update. Some returning Gunfight maps have been hinted, but for the time being, only the new Training Facility map has been confirmed.

More maps will be added to Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer in future updates. Shipment will be included to MW3 in a future update, and the brand-new Rio map will be included in Season 1 Reloaded. Season 1 Reloaded does not yet have a start date, however it will be released sometime in 2024.

MW3 : Upadated Zombies

The great majority of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 gamers will be concerned with what Season 1 implies for the game’s multiplayer component. Others, on the other hand, may be more interested in what the Zombies game mode has in store. Season 1 will include the continuation of the Modern Warfare 3 Zombies mode storyline, as well as the inclusion of Dark Aether Rifts with timed challenges. Players may also equip a customised version of the V-R11 Wonder Weapon, which allows them to turn Zombies and AI-controlled human mercenaries into friends. With Zombies in Season 1, players may expect new acquisition schematics and more, however the entire list has not been disclosed at this time.

Battle royale aficionados should also mark December 6 on their calendars since that’s when the new Urzikstan map will be released in Call of Duty: Warzone. Anyone interested in seeing what the Urzikstan Warzone map looks like may do so in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies while they wait on December 6, since the map is already available in that game mode.

Urzikstan’s appearance in Call of Duty: Warzone will coincide with a significant shift in the game’s movement. Those who have previously played Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer will know that the game has made some substantial modifications to mobility compared to MW2, such as reintroducing slide cancelling. Hardcore Warzone players will no doubt be pleased to see MW3 multiplayer movement integrated into Warzone, and they will be able to see how it all works on December 6.
